
'Nibiru is the winemaking project of Josef Schenter and Julia Nather, located in the very north of Kamptal. Farming is organic, with all wines fermented with indigenous yeasts and bottled unfined and unfiltered with sulphur used only at bottling where necessary.
Bottled by the litre, the Tradition Red is a crunchy, juicy blend of Zweigelt and Merlot packed with ripe red and black fruit, a vibrant herbaceousness and crunchy acidity.'
