In 2020 we released a beer called 'World Famous Portal Bar, Bistro & Banking Company' it was a 6.7% IPA fermented with a strange yeast called K97 which brought New England juice alongside saison pepperiness. Cool but unruly - we next used this yeast in Fazer's On Stun - even cooler and more unruly-er.

Top end of 'session' strength pale ale 4.7% hopped with Idaho 7, Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo. This is clearly a 'Mosaic' beer - without the dullness I find in Mosaic single hopped beers. It finishes nice and dry so you can drink these fast - 1 per episode of Schitt's Creek - either you or the season will be finished by the end of the night.
