This orange wine is made from the rare variety Catarratto Extra Lucido, a mutation with soft skins and a more delicate profile than its relative Catarratto. Two weeks of skin contact, 6 months in steel tanks, and bottled with no additions. It's a proper orange wine with colour and structure, and an incredible aromatic profile of ginger and apricots. Saline, bold, and surprising.
